Instructions for card repayment:
1. Create a Russian PlayStation Network account on the website http://eu.playstation.com/registration or use the existing one.
2. Log in to the Playstation Store on your console (PlayStation4, PlayStation3, PSP, PSP Go) or on the website.
3. Select "Redeem codes" (on PS VITA, first click on the "Options" icon at the bottom of the screen).
4. Enter 12 characters of the code and click "Continue"
5. Then follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your code.

Additional information

If you fail to activate the code in the standard way
There are two options to redeem the purchased code:

1) By phone
- Call the Sony hotline 8(800)2007667
- Select item 2 in the voice menu, followed by 1
- After connecting with the operator, ask for help to repay the PSN wallet replenishment code
- The operator verifies you by asking questions, prepare the answers in advance:
The number, date, name and amount of any previous order in the Playstation Store
Network ID in Playstation Network
The mail that is linked to the Playstation account
The number of the bank card linked to the Playstation account

2) Via Email
- Send an email to networksupport@ru.playstation.com with a request to redeem the Playstation Plus subscription renewal code as follows:
