Покупатель приобрёл товар, сменил почту (пришло оповещение), через две минуты оставил претензию. Утверждал, что ничего не менял и не сразу согласился помочь с восстановлением ему аккаунта. После восстановления через поддержку, оказалось, что помимо смены пароля, его почта так же привязана, что ему было сообщено. Ему было предложено сбросить пароль на свою почту, если у него какие-то проблемы с авторизацией. После этого покупатель на связь перестал выходить. Проблема себя исчерпала. 2021-01-7
