Mobile portal for assembly of box girders for the assembly of the vertical side walls with horizontal belts and diaphragms of box girders.
Depending on the size of beams collected applied portals different dimensions, a pneumatic or hydraulic clamping
E, with the drive movement and without it, with a different number of rams.
The portal consists of a welded frame moving on wheels, vertical and 3 horizontal pnevmoprizhimov and seizures. Grips and vertical clamping force form a closed system which reduces the load frame and the running wheels from the vertical portal efforts. The portal is equipped with a traveling gear motor, worm gear reducer "
and chain drive.
Installed on a horizontal belt, which is located on the rack, side plates are held in a vertical position with special hand ties.
The portal is set against the potholders places (since the end of the beam), included
side and top pressure and made potholder sidewalls pressed against the horizontal belt and diaphragms. After that, the clamp is given and the portal is moved along the beam to the place of the next tack.
This cycle is repeated as necessary.
