Competitive strategy establishes a direction of activity of the enterprise in the type definition of competitive advantage and the formation of the resource potential of its implementation. Competitive advantages are defined by a set of characteristics and properties of the goods that create for enterprises a certain advantage over their direct competitors.
The relevance of the study lies in the fact that in the conditions of tough competition the firm must find additional reserves and identify ways to improve the competitiveness of its products. Based on the identified reserves of competitiveness should be the development and adoption of managerial decisions.
The purpose of final qualifying work: the essence of the concepts of competition as a driving force of development of economic entities and competitiveness of objects of market relations, and identifying the reserves and ways of improving the competitiveness of Kolomnamolprom, OOO.
Objectives of the study:
- to study theoretical aspects of competitiveness of the enterprise;
- to explore the main methods of assessment of enterprise competitiveness;
- to analyze the competitive environment Kolomnamolprom, OOO;
to assess the level of competitiveness, OOO Kolomnamolprom";
- to develop recommendations to improve the competitiveness of Kolomnamolprom, OOO.
Object of study: the firm "Kolomnamolprom".
The subject of the study: competitiveness of the company LLC "Kolomnamolprom".
Theoretical basis the works of Russian and foreign authors, such as F. Kotler, E. M. Korotkov, V. N. Naumov, D. O. and other tyrants.
The information base of research was made by scientific literature, normative acts of the Russian Federation, data of the state statistical bodies, as well as the Charter and reporting, OOO Kolomnamolprom" for 2013-2015.
The theoretical significance of the research is to clarify the concept of "competitiveness" and methods of its evaluation. Practical significance of the research is to develop practical recommendations to improve the competitiveness of enterprises of the dairy industry.
Final qualifying work consists of introduction, three chapters, divided into 8 chapters, conclusion, bibliography and applications.
The first Chapter discusses the theoretical foundations of the competitiveness of enterprises, the concept and essence of competitiveness as well as its methods of evaluation.
In the second Chapter conducted technical and economic characteristics and analysis of the performance of OOO "Kolomnamolprom", the analysis of the competitive environment of the firm and the estimation of its competitiveness.
In the third Chapter of the revealed reserves of increase of competitiveness of Kolomnamolprom, OOO, and recommendations for their use.
