Types of employment contracts. All employment contracts by the time the legislator divides into three categories (Art. 17 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation):
1) a contract with an indefinite term;
2) term contract for a period not exceeding five years;
3) a contract for the execution of certain works. The latter type of contract is also limited by time action, but this time is not limited to the calendar period, both in the fixed-term contracts, and the end time of a particular job (seasonal, vremen¬noy etc.).
However, this classification does not reflect the characteristics of all types of labor contracts, and these features have in order to enter into, and the content of the various types of contracts. And a single criterion for the classification of contracts of employment there. Each of these types of agreements can in turn be divided on the specifics of the procedure for their conclusion and the content of the following types.
